The membership of Board was elected by shareholders
July 27, 2016 chaired by Martin VOZHURA, the authorized representative of ALSTOM Transport Holdings B.V., at an extraordinary General Meeting of LLP "Electrovoz kurastyru zauyty" the membership of the board was elected by shareholders.
In this way an executive body - the Board was created by the decision of General meeting. The following Board membership was elected for 3 year: Chairman - Bernard Peille, General director, Members - Andrey Yershov, Deputy General director / Customer director, Azamat Abdibekov, Deputy General director / Financial director, Aibek Kamilov, Technical director.
